A deterministic check that runs on output, code rather than a model's opinion. Four of them: match-set (every citation in the answer must be one that was actually retrieved), quote-verbatim (a quoted passage must appear word for word in the retrieved source), confidence-floor (a claim below the threshold is held rather than passed through), and closed-world-URL (a link from a domain outside the allow-list does not render).
