Verification you can inspect, per cell
In the Document Review grid, a cell carries a 'verified against source' chip, the quoted passage, and a link that opens the document at that point. A cell with nothing to say reads 'not addressed' rather than filling the box with something plausible. Ask any vendor what their equivalent cell shows.
