Someone asks whether the tool can pull from the firm's document management system, and the honest answer changes what the rollout plan looks like.
A fee-earner reports that a document would not upload, and you need to know in thirty seconds whether that is a storage problem, a worker problem, or a document that needs retrying.

There is nothing to install: a browser application, no add-in, no local agent, no server for you to run, with files stored in Microsoft Azure UK.
The Health page shows model availability, the background worker, the email sending domain, storage and the installed content pack, so an outage is diagnosed rather than reported.
Two-factor authentication is available on every plan, per user, and Bring Your Own Key is available on every plan including Free if the firm would rather run on its own provider contract.

The billing page's cost-by-matter breakdown shows credits and a cash equivalent for every run, plus an Unassigned line for work nobody stamped to a matter, which is the number that makes a recharge conversation possible.

- Can we self-host it, or put it behind our identity provider?
- Not on the published plans. SAML single sign-on is not a plan feature, and anything beyond the standard hosted deployment is a conversation with us rather than a plan option. We will tell you plainly where it stands before you buy. Read the security statement
- Does it connect to our document management system?
- Not yet. iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint, Box, Dropbox and Google Drive are marketplace catalogue tiles, not live integrations, and each would need the firm to register its own OAuth application even once they go live. See how matters work
- What happens if we stop paying?
- Data is not held hostage. Matters close, archive and export; chats and runs can be deleted immediately and documents archived immediately, with permanent erasure on request; deleting the firm removes everything, with written confirmation available on request. See pricing
