Owner, admin and member seat roles decide what someone can do in the product, and those roles are separate from the partner, fee-earner or paralegal staffing grade used for supervision. Restricted matters can be redacted for people outside them, so who can open what is a setting you control, and the conflict check runs whenever a matter opens.
