    We open a matter, add your agreement and any surrounding papers, and ask what is wrong with it. You watch it work at clause level, cross-checking between two documents rather than one.

    A memo, not a chat

    We run the Contract Agent on your document and ask for a Work-Stream Memo: a summary, the files it read, action items to confirm, authorities with their verdicts, open questions and a Word download.

  3. The Authorities tab: fourteen references, each with the cited passage, its source and a verdict of verified, needs a check or not found.

    Verified, then shareable

    We open the authorities table and 'Where we looked', check a citation you already know the answer to, then send the memo out as a passcode link so you see what your client would see.

Who to invite.

The person most useful in the room is the one who will try to break it, usually the partner who has already seen a fabricated citation, or the compliance lead who has read their regulator's guidance on new technology. A knowledge lead or an IT partner is welcome. A procurement process is not required.

What happens to your document.

We set your firm up and load your document onto a matter. It is stored in Microsoft Azure UK, encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never used to train any model. After the call it is yours: keep it and carry on, or ask us to delete it and we will confirm in writing.
