Minutes 1 to 6
Grounded on your matter
We open a matter, add your agreement and any surrounding papers, and ask what is wrong with it. You watch it work at clause level, cross-checking between two documents rather than one.
Minutes 7 to 14
A deliverable, not a chat
We run the Contract Agent on your document with a Work-Stream Memo as the deliverable: a summary, the files it read, action items to confirm, authorities with their verdicts, open questions and a Word download.
Minutes 15 to 20
Verified, then shareable
We open the authorities table and 'Where we looked', check a citation you already know the answer to, then send the memo out as a passcode link so you see what your client would see.
We do not save the last five minutes for pricing. Pricing is on the website.
Two things to bring, and neither is a brief.
- 1One document you know well: an NDA, an MSA, an employment contract, a lease. Redacted is fine.
- 2One question you already know the answer to. That is the only fair test of a research tool.
If you would rather not send anything in advance, we will use our own sample and you can watch us open it cold.
Bring the sceptic.
The person most useful in the room is the one who will try to break it, usually the partner who has already seen a fabricated citation, or the COLP who has read the SRA's guidance on new technology. A knowledge lead or an IT partner is welcome. A procurement process is not required.
Your document, on your firm's own matter
We set your firm up and load your document onto a matter. It is stored in Microsoft Azure UK, encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never used to train any model. After the call it is yours: keep it and carry on, or ask us to delete it and we will confirm in writing.
