Terms of Service

Last updated: April 1, 2026

Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LegalAI Space marketing website at https://legalaispace.com (the "Site"), including the waitlist, contact forms, and research conversation booking. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover the marketing site only. Separate terms of service, data processing agreements, and acceptable use policies covering the LegalAI Space platform, AI agents, and client data processing will be provided to Private Preview participants upon signup and published publicly ahead of general availability (GA). Use of the LegalAI Space SaaS platform is governed exclusively by those separate platform agreements — not by these Terms.

Who we are

LegalAI Space is a technology company building AI agents and governance infrastructure for legal teams. We are:

  • Not a law firm and not authorised to practise law in any jurisdiction.
  • Not regulated by any legal services regulator, including but not limited to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), the Bar Standards Board (BSB), the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC), or any equivalent body in any jurisdiction.
  • Not a provider of legal advice, regulatory advice, compliance advice, or professional opinions of any kind.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice, regulatory advice, a legal opinion, a compliance determination, or a recommendation to take or refrain from any action.

You should not act or refrain from acting based on any information on this Site without first obtaining independent professional advice from a qualified legal professional familiar with your specific circumstances, jurisdiction, and regulatory obligations.

Information on this Site about regulatory frameworks (including the SRA Standards and Regulations, the EU AI Act, ICO codes, and other regulatory instruments) is presented for informational and illustrative purposes only. It may be incomplete, simplified, or out of date. You should verify all regulatory information directly with the relevant regulatory body or qualified advisors.

No guarantee of regulatory compliance

Use of LegalAI Space — including any AI agent, compliance checking feature, verification engine, or audit trail — does not guarantee that your firm is compliant with any regulatory requirement, professional conduct rule, or legal obligation. Specifically:

  • Compliance checking features are automated and rule-based. They are tools to assist qualified professionals, not substitutes for professional judgement.
  • No output from LegalAI Space constitutes a compliance certificate, regulatory approval, legal opinion, or professional assurance.
  • Your firm remains solely responsible for its own regulatory compliance, professional conduct, and governance obligations.
  • LegalAI Space does not accept any responsibility for regulatory outcomes, disciplinary proceedings, fines, or penalties arising from use of or reliance on our platform or the information on this Site.

No professional indemnity cover

LegalAI Space does not provide professional indemnity (PI) insurance or any form of professional liability cover. Users of LegalAI Space must maintain their own professional indemnity insurance and compliance arrangements as required by their regulator.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated outputs (including research, analysis, verification results, compliance assessments, drafts, and any other agent outputs) are:

  • Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, correct, or current.
  • Not a substitute for independent professional review and judgement.
  • Subject to the inherent limitations of AI technology, including the possibility of errors, omissions, fabricated content (hallucinations), and outdated information.

All AI outputs should be independently reviewed by a qualified professional before reliance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or submit information through our forms.

Waitlist and contact submissions

By submitting information through our waitlist form, contact form, or booking a research conversation:

  • You confirm the information you provide is accurate.
  • You consent to us contacting you about LegalAI Space products, early access, and related communications.
  • You may withdraw consent and request removal at any time by emailing hello@legalaispace.com.

Joining the waitlist does not create a contractual obligation on either party and does not guarantee access to any product, feature, or pricing tier.
