Client, reference, responsible partner, jurisdiction. The jurisdiction you set governs the matter: the Jurisdiction Gatekeeper blocks a run that would mix in authorities from somewhere the matter is not configured for.

A credit is about a penny of model usage. Quick questions cost very little. A full research run reads a great deal before it writes, and can cost into the low hundreds of credits on its own. Treat 500 welcome credits as a handful of real questions and a couple of agent runs, enough to see the memo, the authorities and the verdicts. They expire 30 days after your firm is set up. The Free plan itself does not expire, and you can top up on Free at any time or connect your own provider key and spend no platform credits at all.

Documents, matter chats and agent runs are never used to train or fine-tune any model. Everything is stored in Microsoft Azure UK, encrypted in transit and at rest. Chats, matters and runs can be deleted immediately; documents are archived immediately and erased permanently on request. Deleting the firm removes all of its data.
