Sources are a closed list, every citation carries a verdict, and the audit register records every run, share and check across all four groups, exportable as a spreadsheet or a printable bundle. The COLP inspects one register rather than chasing three tools, and can set the firm policy so work citing a failed authority is held until an owner overrides it.
